I hated that Amy wanted Rory to lose her virginity to Dean, especially considering they had zero chemistry. It was cringeworthy at best.
I always wished that it was Dean that went to the dorm to ask her to run away, and then Jess went to her at the house and they did the deed. It still could have been high drama. Lorelai would have been mortified and it would have created tension between her and Luke. Jess and Rory could have had a 'I love you but we have to go our seperate ways for now' heartbreaking moment. Sigh!
