It’s so tragic. And so . . . commonplace these days. We do annual drills, but that’s it. I feel like the kids don’t take it as seriously as they should because they’ve gotten so used to seeing it on TV.
If someone could please explain how a country that’s, like, supposed to be the most advanced in the world has so much of a violence problem, that’d be great.
I think mental health is obviosuly the underlying issue in these situations, but it’s infuriating that our gun laws never seem to change.
