Our conversation was about how Cesare and Lucrezia are in contrast to Jaime and Cersei with regards to how these TV shows depict incestuous brother/sister couples, and the differences between the two which can lead to audiences seeing the two couples differently.
And explaining why Cesare and Lucrezia tend to get a different reaction, perhaps more romanticized, than J/C from GoT, that's all.
