18a Time is visible when Karolina is in the cab up by where the driver is just after she sees the sign for the church. Apx 35 minutes in.
20a There is a candle on top of a book that can be read, I think in the room before they open the secret door.
ETA: It is right after the scene where Molly sits down to sleep right after pushing the car, the camera starts around where the candle is and there is a book under it.
