I don't think it's on any of the DVD or or Blu-ray releases. It's definitely not on the original set of T7S DVDs, and from what I know, the Mill Creek versions took all their extras from the original DVD releases by Fox.

Not sure if "The Final Goodbye" special (aired before the series finale) is on the DVDs.
