I just had a long walk. I've also done some banking which is good. I've had no personal training for a bit, so I did some exercise in my living room, just so I don't lose the muscle tone I've gained. I had a the TV on too so I had a distraction as well. I considered going to the local gym, but it's always so busy this time of year. I'll wait until the numbers to back to normal again.
