For me, it is, because I think one of my strengths is . . . like world-building, I guess you could say? And character building. But there are definitely hard parts about it, too, like making sure the AU characters do tie back to the canon in some notable ways. Like my AU Bellamy is super smart, because I think canon Bellamy is very smart, and it kind of irks me that people overlook this so much.
Ultimately, canon is so hard for me to write for both Roswell and The 100 because I’m just not good at sci-fi stuff.
