I'm not a fan of unresolved storylines because then I am left wondering what happened
And I know the series finale had them because when they filmed it the writers and shows runners did not know that the show would not be renewed.
It was such a great show and I can't believe they cancelled it after only 3 seasons
Maybe they will do a movie or something to wrap it all up in the future. They have done it before. Farscape got a movie after an unexpected cancellation.
