Booth's relationship with Cam didn't really bother me either because it wasn't really a serious relationship, it was mainly just a short term sexual relationship that really wasn't meaningful, especially from Booth's perspective. Of course Booth still cared about Cam but only because they were friends and had known each other for many years.
Booth's relationship with Hannah was definitely more significant...but I probably wasn't as bothered by them as you guys were, because I knew that Booth & Brennan were going to get together eventually, it was just a matter of time before Booth broke up with Hannah and be with Brennan
So by knowing beforehand that B&B were meant to be together and that it was inevitable for them to hook up sooner or later
it really helped me to tolerate Booth's temporary relationship with Hannah.
