I have recently read some of those sides and I would agree. They've basically dragged a character back to trash him because present culture has made them regret a previous storyline. I'm not sure it was ever appropriate but Jane wasn't a young student - she went back to school to do her masters and it was two way street. I understand why they want to address it but it was 2 years ago - way longer in the show - and NOT every storyline needs to be politically motivated. They could have just let that one lie.

On another note - I have liked what some of the sides have indicated J/R are going. I saw something about Rafael naked in a supply closet. lol
