Picked up my meds Friday morning and slept Noon-10pm or so
was afraid was gonna be up alnight but think gonna try from 2am-8am in order not to mess up time sleeping cause don't wanna day sleep
Wrist has improved
so probably just over usage on a part of my body that doesn't get use - like peeps that workout get sore sometimes afterwards
Linds over the years always had slight insomnia problems off and on but since starting antidepressants especially this spring had awful insomnia. So since about August have been on an additional medication that counteracts the insomnia but seems dependant on it where if don't take it, don't sleep. So learnt not to run out
