I miss Michael sometimes, mainly because I miss Brett. Brett was wonderful. I am glad he is gone though. Not even because of J/R. They would've happened with or without Michael. I just like Jane so much more now that Michael is gone. Her relationship with Michael gave me toothache. I physically couldn't tolerate them. Early season 1 episodes are my favorite and I rewatch them all the time. I still can't watch Jane and Michael scenes because the whole thing makes me cringe. Too cheesy. I can't do cheesy. I love lists, just say everything in one sentence. No reason to make everything into a Nicholas Sparks novel. Jane looked silly, looked like she was in lala land when she was with him.
