The whole series would've been so much different. So, I am happy that didn't happen since I loved the way the show turned out. Piper/Leo and I got some other people to ship Phoebe with. lol So, it all worked out.

However, I loved the writers truly keeping the Phoebe and Leo friendship consistently through the years, especially during like the first 5 seasons.

I think season 3 was the most strongest for their friendship. Season 1 was a strong one as well since Phoebe was the first one to find out he was a whitelighter.
