I haven't seen Unreal yet so I had to do a little research...and according to its wikipedia page, the series is basically about this woman who works as a producer on a fictional reality TV dating show (similar to The Bachelor show in real-life), and her job is basically manipulating the contestants on the dating show to create drama. The series focuses on the producer's life and gives the viewers some insight into how "reality" TV shows are made and just how scripted & manipulated these shows actually are, hence the name of the series "Unreal".

We currently don't know what role Francois will play in season 4...but I hope he will play the new "bachelor" on the fictional dating show in the series
