I think the ratings are on par with the ratings each show has been getting this season. They are all down so it makes sense the crossover is down too. I mean no new viewer is going to tune in just for a crossover event for shows they don't watch.
I really hope the next Legends episode is great since I've seen some renewed interest in the show from the crossover. People enjoyed seeing their team show up and look like a real team.
