I don't think it will be a long clash, just a difference of what they should be doing. Kind of like Amaya and Sara when Amaya told her to put the mission over the team and Sara tried that and it was a mistake. Zari is putting the person over the mission. And she hasn't experienced the fallout of messing with time yet. They will both have to learn what is the right thing to do.
