I actually like when the characters repeat their outfits. It makes them seem real. NOBODY wears something only once. BUT, I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT TWO DIFFERENT CHARACTERS WEARING THE SAME THING. THAT'S JUST LAZINESS IN THE WARDROBE DEPT.
