I agree. I said that during the Legion storyline... I sort of just wish that didn't happen and he just never return after season 1...
However, I still believe we are getting the Captain Cold from Earth-X. So, I'd be okay with that if after his storyline wraps up, he can return to his earth? I think that's a great closer... with the chance of returning whenever.
OR I'm Team Good Leonard from the season 1! Especially with all these people and creatures out of place in time.
