I don't think they did, especially Luke. Nathan had way more anger in him than Luke did, but he wasn't on horrible terms with Dan at that point and he actually wanted an relationship with him for some weird reason. Keith just had way more anger at Dan for the whole Jules thing and he was in an dark place at that point in the show.
