I'm not so sure anything will change about how Rumple/Weaver interacts with Rogers!Hook since Rumple/Weaver told Rogers!Hook to send Alice/Tilly home even though he was fully aware of who she really was and what was really going on, so he clearly doesn't want anyone to know that he's awake yet, even potential allies like Rogers!Hook.
