I agree.
Both Hugh and Dafne deserve nominations at least. Unfortunately we'll have to wait a while before finding out if the Academy will throw some love in Logan's direction. But you also know how the stupid Academy feels about child actors and movies in the sci-fi or comic book genre, sadly.
The Dark Knight got screwed back in 2008.
