Kate, I completely understand where you are coming from in regards to #3. It's really cheesy, but... I'm kind of addicted to cheesy.
They were so young and innocent and flirty. I love how soft and tender the kiss was, and how he has her pressed up against the wall.

I don't know if it would be in my top ten, but I don't want to let it go yet.
Alex, I can agree with
#36. It's significant because it was their last kiss (on earth, anyway), but all I can think about when I see it is what happens right afterwards.
Plus, like you said, it's short and not as memorable as some of the others. As always, I'm willing to change my vote if someone has a better argument.
