Those ’70s Comics: 419

Inspired by episode 426 - “Everybody Loves Casey”

Comments: In today’s the comic, Fez’s conscience and compassion struggle with his sexual desires and selfishness. He does not seem to experience this conflict on the show.

As I’ve said in previous Classic Comics comments, I used to adhere closely to the show’s stories even when they contradicted long-established characterization. I’d address the characters’ OOC choices after they’d made them and use it for character development.

Now, though, I alter the storylines to fit who the characters are instead of forcing the characters to fit into the storyline. Sometimes that means almost a complete rewrite of en episode’s plot or subplot. In retrospect, I wish I’d done the same for the end of Fez and Rhonda’s relationship in season 4.

Kayla, I'm glad the faces continue to tickle you.
