No I dont think Murphy will step up. I see him going a bit crazy up there.
One character to interact with would obviously be Bellamy. But also Raven.

Caprica. Another show I'd never heard of and it looks weird.
1x05.... Got the Murphy feels and at least he was in more of this episode than his past projects. I have no idea what the show was about though.
And no idea what he was supposed to be but he did a good job with the role. He did not look very attractive in this role though. It was nice seeing him in so much of the episode but its a bit confusing because this was his first one? This show seems really bad lol.
1x07: This show still confuses me and I am not sure how Richard’s character fits into the plot but he was doing a good job in the role. He was so little.
I laughed when his character joked about the guy being able to fly. There was some of that classic Murphy humor.
Next is a project called Riese and he's apparently in a lot of episodes so thats good. Hope his role is large.
