We have disputes like that between networks and cable companies all the time. CBS in particular seems to get dropped a lot - I guess because they demand more money. Then they appeal to viewers to "Contact your cable provider and tell them you want CBS!" It usually works, too - the cable companies wind up agreeing to the higher rates - which they of course pass on - because subscribers demand to have the network. I wonder how many subscribers realize they are basically telling their cable companies to go ahead and pay more?
