sourburst, I remember an interview where the person who interviewed me, he asked me to take a personality test for a job.

I agreed to it, but you know if you're going to base a person's qualifications on their personality, that is just wrong. Those tests can be easily cheated on too because all the answers are based on how you feel at the moment. There is no right or wrong answer. It's not a good very standard.

I could be perfectly qualified for the job too given my background but I didn't get the job because I didn't have the 'right personality' for it. Whether you get the job or not, the qualifications for it should always be what is your working history. If you have the right experience for it, that is what should be looked at.
