I don't think there was a five year contract or anyone was apologizing to Tom Cruise, but I do think there might be something to Katie and Jamie Foxx dating.

Funny yet when they say her and Josh have no contact you believe that at face value.
Don't get me wrong Gossip Cop is like other Hollywood websites but for me I don't buy it is because it seems rather pointless to continue to deny something nearly 5 years later on a consistent basis like they have.
I mean at some point other relationships were out since then.
Plus I can't imagine Katie having something like this in her life and keeping Suri in the dark about it as if an 11 year old wouldn't blab to her friends about mommy having a boyfriend.
