I think that's true, but I suspect Happy would be more demanding as a boss. Walter is so superior to everyone that he just doesn't expect much from other people. He also has a great ability to see the talents that other people have. Happy, I think, would have an initial expectation that her employees would be as good, at least mechanically, as she is. She might get frustrated and irritated and feel she has to step in an correct them all that time so that the work is up to her standards. That can be exhausting for both parties involved.
