I think so.
Some say it's too obvious, but not everything can be a total surprise. And maybe at the time people thought Margaery and forgot about the prophecy. (more casual viewers)
But not everything that Cersei holds dear has been taken from her quite yet. Jaime has left, but I think maybe if he chose Daenerys as queen, that would do it. Also she hasn't miscarried yet.
