Well I think it's realistic that they abduct Scully again. They are afraid that she will give the cure out of her DNA to everyone and this secret society wants that only the elite survives. Scully is a danger for them. They surely brought her to this mansion.
They don't shoot scenes in historical order, so I think the bridge scene comes first in S11. I'm so excited
