According to this article, it sounds like Secret City S2 is a go:

The Daily Telegraph also dropped some news on the show a couple weeks ago:

"A further deal for political thriller Secret City is also in the works."
I'd say this seems highly likely to move forward considering Mindhunter Season 2 doesn't even begin filming until May of 2018 (confirmed by some crew members on Facebook). My guess is Anna will film Secret City this Fall and then return to the US to resume Mindhunter next Spring.
