No I still think that's inaccurate, dragonfire. The whole reason Stan Lee created Jessica Drew in the first place is so that Marvel could retain the rights to that name and no one else could use it. Sony owns the rights to Spider-Man, but I don't believe they could prevent Marvel from calling Jessica Spider Woman if they wanted to.

I think the Sony email leaks revealed Sony owns the name Spider-Woman.
Plus I think Disney would rather use Spider-Gwen, than Jessica Drew. It's like Gwen is Disney's Spider's IT Girl. Who knows maybe Michelle will be MCU Spider-Woman.
