Day 9: Best Warrior

There are a number of great warriors on this show and I had a hard time
deciding on who I thought the best was and even defining what I thought
it meant to be a good or great warrior. Ultimately, I decided to take into
consideration three things: fighting ability, what one choose to fight for, and
general warrior spirit. I think that Lexa is a strong in all three of these areas.
The only character who we know of that had better combat skills was Luna,
but I disqualified her because of her decision to side with the death wave. Lexa
was not a perfect leader, but in season three she chose to fight for peace and unity,
and posthumously for free will against an evil AI. And finally, I think she possessed
the general spirit of a warrior because she was willing to bear the burden of
leadership and was such a committed warrior that she continued to fight for
what mattered to her after death.
