I think this confirms that time is passing faster in the new EF than in SB because the curse hasn't happened yet and Henry is an adult, but Regina, Hook, and Rumple haven't aged. I like this because it means Regina hasn't been missing Henry for 10 years, but it does mean she is probably in for quite a shock the first time she sees him in this realm.
