d18, I agree. Yes, they miss their former cast mates but unfortunately part of the business, especially with TV, is people coming and going, especially with longer running TV shows. It sucks, but it's the nature of that business. And yes, they are like a family, which means they'll have their down moments and get irritated with others. I believe Shemar has said similar things like this to in regards to the cast being a family: they love each other but they also fight and annoy each other. That's what families do. But they still love each other and support each other.
