No I said Marvel Comics not Marvel Movies. The one over Marvel Movies is Kevin Feige, and the one over Marvel Comics is Ike Perlmutter. Plus I think Perlmutter is also over the Marvel tv shows, which could explain why AOS, Inhumans, Netfilx shows hasn't crossover with the movies.
