I always thought she was going to be much worse than she was just based on what people were saying, but I actually found it pretty realistic. She was going through some pretty horrible stuff and not opening up to anyone about it, it made sense that she would slowly lose it. It actually bothers me a little that she was written out without, imo, really finishing that arc.
