Yeah, I am still trying to get a grasp on the time line of events because that is still somewhat of a mystery. When exactly the curse was enacted, why only Henry has aged, and who was cursed first (or at the same time) are all huge question marks. For the time being, I am relieved with the news that we have our Regina back.
Yeah, the bartender|bar owner theory is all speculation because for all we know, it's just the local hangout that she is visiting. Maybe she is meeting somebody there? A date?
