I loved her in RO so not sure I'll agree with the video
But I do agree that there is no journey for Jyn, she's already evolved into who she needs to be from the beginning of the movie, but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. I think Leia has a static character development journey through the OT, too, and remains the coolest female SW character regardless of that.
