Hmmm, good question. I definitely think Kane, for sure. That's from experience, though. Maybe Raven? Monty is definitely one of those more hopeful characters, and I think he could inspire people more if he wanted, but he tends to take a back seat. He's passionate, though. I think the only one close to Bellamy as far as inspiring people right now is Kane.
I guess Octavia, too, what with the whole unifying the bunker thing, but I think that was more for survival than anything.
