Yes she does have a problem with that she feels she has to hide in the world of humans. But Eric has his strong view that they are better than humans and unwavering view that they should be ruling and not the humans especially with everything they have been through. I know we have seen Mystique struggle with doing what is right and following the path that is more ruthless.
