you have done so well with this board i honesty believe that . And as a mod we understand the moment a board becomes a burden it stops being enjoyable the best option is to step down . i think yiu have held on long enough especially if it was one of your 1st board it hurt slightly more like your first baby . But time to move on is always the key on moving forward stepping down is best for you we understand .
I hope we have people willing to take a chance an apply to be a mod so this board can live on
