I think she is one of his co-stars in
She's in Portland...I think the the photo was taken during filming of the movie, although I'm not 100% sure...the photo looks very much like a personal family photo so initially I thought she was Francois' girlfriend or something
as far as I know, Francois has been single since he broke up with Évelyne Brochu in 2014 (correct me if I'm wrong).
