I would say the same! I was intrigued from Season 2 but when it was revealed that Emori was running a con I then thought we wouldn't see her again. 3x05 was the starting point but Emori was missing from the narrative for a number of episodes and again I was wondering if she was going to come back I'd probably say I fully started to ship them in 3x12 when Murphy saw her in the market in Polis. Although it was later revealed she was chipped I could see how much Murphy cared about her in that episode.
