Okay!

My thoughts -

Harry becomes an Auror, and works his way up the Department eventually becoming Head of the Auror Department. But, he does not gain this position as young as J.K. Rowling said. I would say he was no younger than 49 or 50 when he got it, which means he hasn't gotten it yet as of 2017.

Ron - works as an Auror alongside Harry until an incident that almost costs Ron his life. Hermione freaks out and demands that Ron quit his job. Rose and Hugo are young children at this time and don't know that they almost lost their father, and wouldn't find out until they were adults. Anyways, when Ron recovers, he sends in his resignation letter to the disappointment of Kingsley. Of course, this doesn't help with Ron's depressive moods, but Hermione and Harry are 100% supportive. George offers the job at the joke ship and Ron takes it.

After she finishes her final year at Hogwarts, Hermione begins an internship at the Ministry of Magic with some help from Percy. She refused to accept any help from Harry, Ron, and Kingsley, wanting to get in with her own recognition. Percy got Hermione a desk job at the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, where Hermione contributed towards writing some new bills and amendments for creature rights and welfare. Eventually, Hermione became Head of Department, but took some breaks in between having Rose and Hugo. After Ron resigned from the Auror Department and took on more decent hours at the joke shop, Hermione switched departments at the Ministry, and began to work in the MLE. Here, she worked with more than just magical creatures. Around two or three decades passes - Hermione's in her fifties or sixties at this point - when she becomes Minister of Magic. I strongly disagree that she became Minister of Magic when she was just in her thirties.

Ginny is originally Reserve Seeker with the Holyhead Harpies for the 99-2000 season, becoming a regular team member in the 2000-2001 season. She plays for four years, until February 2004 when she learns she is pregnant with James. She resigns from playing and decides to apply to write for the sports section at the Daily Prophet. She starts off writing generic articles, but five years later, shortly before Lily's first birthday, she gets the position of Quidditch commentator and has full control of that section in the Daily Prophet. She has this for, well, years. She probably has some influence in James Sirius becoming a Quidditch player after Hogwarts.

Luna - she works at Diagon Alley for a year and half until she meets Newt Scamander, now a few years past one hundred, who has come in looking for a creature to gift his great-great nephew (Jacob and Queenie's great-grandchild) who just turned three. He and Luna strikes up a conversation, and Newt mentions a group heading out of Britain a few months later. Luna leaves the shop and join the group on a worldwide tour, going to countries such as Brazil, Thailand, and even Antarctica. After five or six years with the group, tragedy strikes Luna and she returns to England. Her father, Xeno, is fine. It's a personal tragedy. She returns to the shop and now Rolf, Newt's grandson, has taken over her old position. She doesn't take the job back but befriends Rolf, and after a few years, they begin a relationship. Luna continues to study magical creatures, but from home instead of abroad.

Neville - joins Harry and Ron as an Auror but after Ron's near-death experience, Neville decides to resign to the relief of his girlfriend, Hannah. He temporarily works at the Leaky Cauldron until he runs across Pomona Sprout one evening during a busy summer night. She informs Neville she is resigning from her post and was wondering if Neville would like to take over as Herbology professor. He accepts the job offer, and eventually becomes Head of Gryffindor House. This doesn't happen until all the Weasley-Potter-Malfoy offsprings have completed their Hogwarts education.

Draco... I've not really considered Draco much to be honest.
