Well it seems Amy Pascal said something about after Homecoming's sequel they may not sign another deal with Marvel. Some think Sony is planning on taking Spider-Man out of the MCU after the sequel to Homecoming. I think either they will renew the contract or in a bizarre way the movie rights reverts back to Disney/Marvel.
