Cheating is of course not good, but tbh it's not much of deal breaker for me when it comes to shipping. The general atmosphere of this show is what keeps me from shipping. But I do find their relationship on the show sweet. In the book, I didn't care much. And I remember June's inner doubts over whether their relationship can remain one of equals in an unequal world more than anything else.
