Yeah, that was back during the Jim Lee/Marc Silvestri/Rob Liefeld era of X-comics.
I loved this issue of The Avengers when I was a kid.
This was an Avengers vs. X-Men issue, and Hank Pym is once again prominently featured as Giant-Man with Janet as The Wasp.
Captain America and Thor weren't even with them at this point.
