I hate it when that happens! I remember wearing high heels and I have to walk in heavy downpour. We have some weathers here where it's very sunny and then all of a sudden it would rain so hard. At least during typhoon season, we'd know to wear closed shoes but because of the corporate setting at work, we have (the women) have to wear high heels.
