It did go well thank you, I just spent the afternoon watching tv and waiting for the phone to ring and researching. I had a call in my first half hour though which was nerve wracking!
Candace, it's for mental health. It's not really a helpline more of an information line so people call and we give them advice or information about who to contact for them to get the best help. Though some people do just call for someone to talk to. I already work for this charity but I'm just helping them out a few hours a week
